The Otterbottle, a stainless steel, BPA-free water bottle in a variety of designs and sizes, from sturdy and masculine to whimsical and playful. Three per cent from every sale goes to the David Suzuki Foundation.

The Vapur collapsible water bottle for that friend who's always stocking up on bottled water. This highly portable bottle can fit anywhere and is still flexible enough to fit into tough spots when it is full of water.

Pick Two is a compact word game that's the perfect size for the toe of a stocking. Players ages 8 and up race each other to complete their own crossword puzzles using letter tiles. A great gift for a word-smart child.

I purposely made it a long list so there would be items there for all ages, interests and budgets.

How about a Spirograph, and some art supplies :) kids love that stuff.

I bought balloons one year for the kids, and none of the other presents mattered :-) everyone hated me for that .
