... as we age we are more health conscious than ever. in fact, i think among us Xers (probably the boomers too) there's a sense that if we're careful with our health we might actually be able to cheat death!
... with this in mind, what would you say is the ONE single most important thing a person should do to stay healthy?
... i have a few things i do to stay healthy, but here's one: don't drink! contrary to what we're told, i don't believe that alcohol is good for you and i think it's actually bad for the body ...
... but what say you? what's your one tip for being healthy?

I know of nothing that helps other than a healthy, balanced diet and plenty of exercise even if that means taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

Drink lots of water.
... yes! especially in place of things like pop, not that i'm against soft drinks, but i think as a person ages it becomes more detrimental to their wellbeing ...
I stay away from processed food and tortured meat. I also make infused water and I'm always on the move.

Maybe Dove means mass raised and slaughtered animals.

Yes. It's not only contributing to brutality, when the animals are under stress like that they release adrenalin and toxins into their body. You eat all those toxins. And you fund brutality. Also they are addled with hormones and antibiotics. We don't really eat meat but once in a while.. .but when we do it's organic from a local farmer. I have the same standard with eggs.
Laugh as often as possible. Join me now in laughter. Hahahahahahahahahaha! ac_lmfao

Dude, I buy free range elk, chicken and pork from farmers within an hour of my city. What a fucking difference in the taste and quality of the finished product.

Get enough sleep. Sleep helps heal. Sadly many of us don't get nearly enough.

The fat on free range chickens is yellow. I bought a domesticated free range wild turkey that was single breasted and the skin was paper thin. Both fucking tasty.
Yep. Thier eggs are better too.
