Do you agree with instating laws that make it illegal for former partners to share intimate videos or pictures of each other?

Only if you can justify being horribly vindictive, extremely crass or just plain stupidly juvenile.



But people can justify a lot of morally dubious things in their own minds if they want to bad enough. Luckily it can be a bit more difficult trying to get agreement from 3rd party perspective.

That image would be in a sense copyrighted and without authorisation from the imaged person, not permitted to be shared?
