Her eyes, just like the rest of her look normal. I suspect the problem is between her ears, though I won't rule out that it could be physical.
How new is she?

If she's not eating or drinking then she's not pooping or peeing. She needs a "safe" place like under the couch or a box. Put food and water right next to the box and the litter box nearby preferably all within a low traffic zone. Talk softly to her, encourage her. Sounds like she's a traumatized cat and has scaredy cat syndrome if not then she has serious medical problems. Where did you get her? What were the living conditions she was from?
