So, my PS4 broke.



Sony replaced it, but you have to activate  and deactivate to access your old downloads.



I ring the Playstation support number, and tell them the problem.



"No worries...we can fix that...can I have your details please? Email....?"



Provided.



"Name?"



Provided.



"Date of birth?"



Provided.



"Oh, that's OK mate...I'm not here to judge."
