Ooooo The official supplier to world aviation.

Do you have your private pilot's licence?  Are you considering that?  You should if you have any interest ... it's stunning to fly in a small plane at night over a city.

Do you collect any Citizen branded watches, like the Eco Drives, and what are your thoughts on them?

What is your most expensive watch?

What is your least expensive watch?

Which watch do you wear the most often?

I would have liked some forewarning.

A friend asked if I would like to join him on a joyflight. His plane needed a run. I accepted.

We took off, got to around 3000 feet, and he said "You got it". I said "Got what?"

"The controls."

"Holy shit...I don't know how to fly!!!"

"Well, now would be a good time to learn..."

We didn't crash.

What do you think of Bulova Watches? Would you ever own one?

I used to own this one (band was a bit different)

Bulova were a very good watch, and they are still OK. But they are now made in China, and not of the quality they used to be. They were known as a rock solid watch for the average man, before Seiko and Citizen hit the market.

Some are still very collectable if they are the original manufacturer, not so much for the modern Chinese "brand" watches.

His family could sell that suit to hipsters and possibly get another fortnight's worth of aged care fees in their long term coffers.
