This thread is dedicated to awesome music videos.
I'm going to kick it off with A-Ha's Take on Me. The mix of cartoon drawings with real life video made it revolutionary for its time.
Madonna - Like a Prayer
The cross burning thing sent this video over the edge.
Michael Jackson - Thriller
Leave it to the late MJ to turn a music video into a short movie.
Sia - Chandelier
The original dance choreography makes this video like no other.

Lady GaGa - Romance
This video does a great job of mixing sexiness with creepiness. There are some interesting special fx used like making her eyes bigger and isolated animation in the diamond scene.
Neat Fash :)
Extraordinary for its time...and still amazing...
The above was produced by Godley and Creme, who left 10cc to do their own thing, and to produce cutting edge music videos.
This one got the world turning...
The guy with glasses at the end is Trevor Horne, ex Yes and Buggles. He produced the song.
This was video was amazing in the day. It mixed old Happy Days video clips with the band playing in Arnold's.
Say what you want about Michael Jackson, this guy could dance his ass off. Smooth Criminal is no exception and probably one of his more innovative dance routines in a video.
This video is so wrong it's so right.
Ever wanted to see Christopher Walken dance? Yeah, so did the rest of us. Thank you Fatboy Slim :)
What did he say to those people?!?!?!?!
a day in the life of an addict. Lol.
