I respect your concerns but I hope you'll give another thought towards electronic harassment. I don't believe it's technologically possible to specifically electronically harass people at this time. Even if it were, it would take a tremendous amount of resources for so little gain. There's really no good reason to electronically harass anyone.
There is a decent argument that radio and microwaves etc. can be harmful, though we seem to be doing pretty okay surrounded by them. The thing is, all these electronic waves are only coming from the very things we love and enjoy. Our radios, our smartphones; our fridges and our internets.
We'd have to move away to the hinterlands to get away from it. I'm sorry, but the products in your link are just really expensive do-nothings. They aren't made with any special properties. The "brain coat" is just a cloth cap. Even if it did offer protection, those waves are going through your face and body into your brain anyway.
You'd have to cover yourself head to toe, twenty-four hours a day. Yet the material doesn't reflect electronic waves anyways. Honestly, you'd be just as protected wearing a Vancouver Canucks toque.
I do hope you find a way to sleep better! Please also have another thought about taking any prescriptions or sedatives. You can find a way naturally, and they can cause worse side effects and dependency.

I just don't want you buying any of that overpriced crap. Even if a "brain coat" can stop EMF's and DEW's, the waves would still get to your brain through your face and the rest of your body. You'd have to be covered up head-to-toe 24/7.

I was reading up about hearing voices at night. If you sleep with a fan going, it makes a white noise or something and the rhythm of the blades humming make your ears compare it to whispering/voices. Do you sleep with a fan going? I do and when I had it set a certain way I can hear how people may think they hear voices. Weird huh? Could that be your problem? And you might be watching a little too much tv and movies. I know if I watch far too much, I'll have wacky realistic dreams of celebrities too.
