Title: For the rev heads, gear jammers and racers!!!
Post by: Bricktop on October 18, 2015, 01:11:42 AM
Yesterday we had a motorsport and classic vehicle day in Adelaide. 25C, brilliant sunshine, and hundreds of vehicles showcasing some brilliant classics, some cherished F1 cars from our World Championship days, and a host of things on wheels.

A sample...and yes, there are some American examples;

Possibly not only the most beautiful car designed and built in the US, but in the world...the 59 Chevrolet Corvette.

Thanks for great pics.

Luuuuv those early vets .... especially late 50s with the side indented

always wanted and tried to by a white Healey long ago .. almost cried when he changed his mind and refused to sell

Not a super performer, but I always preferred the "boulevard" (looks, size and comfort) sports cars to the hard core ones

I knew Oz had many classics, but wow!!
