Been a decent holiday weekend. Good food, time with family, and was able to make an almost even trade with no money out of pocket and only a $9.00 increase in payment. 2015 Dodge Ram with the Hemi. Sweet deal since this one had a few other things on it that my 2013 didn't. Win/win for all involved.

Did my post in some way reflect consternation over that status of your health? I think not. You need to check that dictionary of yours and research the distinction between observation and concern. Beware of predicting the movements of the reaper, honeybuns. He has a tendency to surprise.

I knew it was not a federally mandated holiday, but I thought 95% of employers observed it.

Maybe because we observed Veterans Day which was in the middle of November's second week. In some organizations in the USA, they don't observe Veterans Day so they can have the Friday off after Thanksgiving.

Agreed, I hate shopping anytime of the year let alone on Black Friday. Online is the way to go.

We bought our tree yesterday and that was enough for us. What a zoo driving around. I could only imagine what it must have been like South of the border AA.
