I have to say that this is one of the neater things I've seen lately, not to mention I discovered some snakes give birth to live young.

Probably the most common snake in North America; the garter snake, gives birth to live young.  :yuk:

I'm not exactly fond of snakes; in all their forms, reptilian and otherwise.

Me neither and I have lived in some places around the world with some large and dangerous snakes. Spec could tell us about some particularly dangerous snakes where he lives.

When my husband was in Bangladesh, he had a snake on the floor of his bedroom.
