Memorial Day weekend here. Going to visit with family Monday. Not sure it is going to be dry enough to do anything else. We are getting hammered again with thunderstorms. Same thing happened last year. Got over 6 inches today.

Pretty much every day is the same to me. I did buy a half kilo of jumbo prawns yesterday. Think I'll fix those with butter and garlic. Outside of that,  morning high tides.

I just got home from a trip to Kenora. I have miled out for the month and I am off until June 1.



My wife and I are going to a Greek restaurant in the city tonight. Tomorrow is church.

me 2 - the guy who OKs them was shocked over the phone when it didn't come up ... . all those birds in BC, all those passionate owners  and all those years



While govt, it was nice that he checked for us initially (not supposed to), then on later call said they were out for manufacture & we would get them soon. He even implied he would try to hold it for us if we jumped on it ... Always makes me smile to see good people

Have had the itch for a long time ... a neat lady teased us for years by driving her turquoise one around our small town



In Jan we started researching all about them  ..... then started looking .... found a cpl of colors to be  ok  .... read about the cashmere limited 50 th anniversary edition and loved it  ...... then one popped up in Pt Coquitlam (25 miles or so away) next day  ... and the rest is history

So far, only in late afternoon ... when it gets warmer, will likely go much later   :wink:
