You're my retarded sister... WTF?
That's how insane she's become in her hatred. It's sad. Poor evs.
I'm no angel, but Oscar the drunken forum spammer is her confidant now in this! LOLZ!
I was banned months ago simply for asking why he gets to literally shit up every single thread everywhere with total nonsense!
I was canned for asking that...
She lost her marbles once before, and had to step away for a while. I suggested she do this again now, out of good faith, and was banned for that also!
I adore Oscar and miss the crap out of him! I truly enjoy his musings.
I wish I could muster the ability to give a flying fuck about that vicious, moronic bitch but I just can't seem to.
MEH.
Moving on....
I like drama a little more than most do. Always have, and probably always will!
You are now my retarded sister, and for that I am honoured...
Cheap thrill all around.
I'm almost turned on by this designation... WTF!

Go to Memebee. He is pretty much the only one left there, and he spams the shit outta the place!
He is well protected... Asking why he can spam up every thread freely earned me a three month ban, so he gets ass kissed there for some reason.

I know you mean VF, but do you think of VF and DV being the same?
I never saw DV, but I have heard a lot about it.
Fash, Mel doesn't remember DV.
He doesn't remember what he had for breakfast.
We all remember DV. It was the forum before we were all crazy.

I wish I had seen it.
MB was much like it years ago only there wasn't a hateful Serbian at the helm.

If it's any consolation; crazy people usually don't know that they are crazy.
To the truly nutty, the sane are the crazy people. In an insane world, the sane must appear insane to survive..... I remember that from an old rerun of Star Trek.
So since you realize that you are nuts maybe you aren't nuts. Maybe you're actually sane. Maybe I'm the one that's nuts? Confused?.....I am.

There was actually two "true" DV's. The 'original' of sorts, was owned by a guy named Mike Schwartz. This was a Snitz board, with no provision for registration. This was the best of the best, especially right before Mike sold it, since towards the end the owner kind of didn't care that much about it, and pretty much almost anything went... It was fast paced, often crude, and since nobody could register a handle, that was even more entertaining at times!
However, the good times can never last... Mikey had some pretty big time advertisers on the site, like the Government of Nova Scotia. It was only a matter of time before the content on the board clashed with some of these advertisers. Posters like Nathan Chang quite often pushed the limits, but it was fun while it lasted, that's for sure!
Then DV was sold to a guy named Vin. He had updated forum software (proboards, I think? Forget now...), but managed to cross much of the old DV data over to the new board. Registration now was implemented. Vin was a guy, though, that could never stop fucking around with the forum. Simple is exactly why Snitz DV worked so well, but Vin (and a few others that kept sticking their noses into business) just couldn't seem to grasp this concept. It did work, though, just not as good as the 'original,' IMHO. Others preferred it though.
And then that went kaput. I don't know quite all the details, since I had stepped down as Mod by then, but something happened to the database. It was lost. And I mean all of it... The old, the new, it was all lost for some reason. That pretty much put the last nails in the coffin, when that happened, and the board disappeared altogether shortly thereafter, if I recall...
You were never a mod, Mel.

Was that place just a crude message board? As you say no registration was required and you could use whatever handle you felt like. Because if it's the same one I'm thinking of, that was the board I first stumbled across when I moved out to Washington state.
As you say it was fast paced and pretty raucous at times.

I was there before reg and after reg. I remember when Vin put in the non-reg board as well, alongside the reg board.
The data was lost but brought back for one more round. I'd love to port that DB and go for round 3 :)

My favourite was and is still the NY mosque thread.
My handle comes from the Snitz DV days.
The Leland Chapman thread was boss! Snitz DV had a huge reach, and there were Leland Chimpman fans from all over the world posting in that thread, thinking he was actually reading it.
It didn't take me long to realize just how easy it would be for me to assume the role of Leland Chapman. Many female fans were confused. It was prime time! LOLZ!~

OMFG...... ac_lmfao
Those were the days!
Was that the forum where you posted your babies, RW and you got flack for that? I remember thinking aww cute babies and why would anyone be annoyed by that?
I never heard of those boards. I did post on some really popular boards in the past.
I'll be honest... It was a thing of beauty... Due to it's reach at the time, and no registration necessary, it pulled in a lot of posters...
Some of the threads would make Stormfront look like a family friendly, worksafe forum... No fucking joke.
At the end it was beautiful... Nathan Chang was a good poster. For an Asian, he always entertained.
Nonetheless, towards the end, the big-time advertisers started to pull out, even though that forum had a pretty far reach... They just didn't want to be associated with the type of "free-for-all" content that was the beauty of Snitz DV!

You were never a mod, Mel.
In fact, I was the first person pulled in to craft Vin's DV. We spent many weeks crafting things, before the forum was even ready...
Did you know that? You didn't, since I have never mentioned it before.
As always, with every endeavor, others stick their noses into things that aren't their fucking business. That's what happened time and time again...
Most posters have an opinion of what will "work." Sadly, they are driven by what they want 'personally.' That doesn't work, to do it that way... I explained that to Vin, and later to DATW Mod also... Too many hags and fags sticking their snouts into business that they don't know... Business that they cannot make work properly...
And it all failed.

And the reason some are in a failed state, is due to the fact that my well intentioned advice was not adhered to...
Other parties that couldn't help but stick their fucking noses into shit that wasn't their business sort of ruined some things...
Let me guess... ruined by women and gays?

There were no gays in the mix, but yes... Women? Plenty of bored househags with an agenda never does a forum good. That is the truth...
