After I consume a substantial amount of alcohol, I can sometimes feel bad and want the things I've fucked up to be right again.
Then again, some of my problems have originated due to drinking too much in the first place!

And yes, I do miss my ex at times. And yes, she was far from perfect, but I was even farther from perfect. I have a knack of fucking up good things... It's nothing new. In my nature since I was a small child!

Mel, each of us fuck things up in our own way....the key is to learn from it.....change it....and hopefully you won't repeat it.
You've gone down this road literally dozens of times here and and on other forums. Dwelling on it serves no earthly purpose and frankly....people get tired of hearing it.
Lay off the booze and a lot of your problems, physical, emotional and mental will eventually right themselves. But you already know this, the problem is you refuse to take the steps to fix it.
You and I have had more than a few exchanges on this and I've said some really rotten things to you (that I haven't always been proud of) because in your current state I really believe that you are a perfect asshole. But I also believe you can be less of an asshole if you give a little self improvement a shot. I mean doesn't your own self respect demand it from you in some small way?????
