Thing is, do such drugs overstimulate a man's libido, to the point where they're horny all day long and can't think straight? I find it kinda hard to be around the guy too long. But I'm wondering if his prolonged use of the drug has affected his mental state and distorted his sexual appetite.
Anyways, this guy is somewhat advanced in age, over 60. So he could be going about nutty or senile. And he's heavily into other medications such as codeine 3, which I understand it is somewhat like morphine, or so he tells me. He's so into drugs, he often tells me about the medications he takes and their side effects. He said he's had a history of drug addiction and substance abuse. He's even passed me some of his 'prescriptions' though I've never taken them because I don't use drugs.
Anyways, I was just wondering, and if that's the case, I'd rather stay away from the stuff.

It was just intended as an honest question. Does the use of these kinds of stimulants/drugs make a person oversexed? Distort their perception if they take too much of it over a prolonged period of time?
Anyways, it goes back to your earlier post about banning men:

I haven't heard of Viagara or Cialis affecting libido as much as just making it easier for men to get and sustain erections. I would imagine being able to get a rock hard boner that's going to go all night would excite a man and fuel a stronger sex drive.

Not because I always need it to perform, but when I feel I need to perform with 100% certainty, I always keep some on hand. I have some in my drawer right now.
Now, both Viagra and Cialis do the same thing. I do not like Cialis, since it remains effective for hours and hours. I don't like the side effects that long, even though they are minor in nature.
I prefer Viagra when I absolutely must be able to perform, especially after too many drinks! Cialis is longer acting, and I don't like that... Viagra is in and out of the system quicker, which I prefer.
Neither of these drugs increase libido. You will not have a hard on, unless you are aroused. So, Joe, your friend doesn't know what he speaks of... I do.
Basically it helps to get the dick from 70% hard, to 100% hard, which is important for the man if he has had too much to drink (like I'll do from time to time).
Women don't suffer from this problem, but men do. Women just have to spread 'em and lay there.
The first time I was pretty drunk, and my dick didn't work, I was disappointed with myself. My now-ex never complained, but I can now take steps to prevent that from happening again, with keeping Viagra on-hand for those nights when the booze flows too freely!
