...average is $1,750 per month. Toronto over $1300. Victoria up there in price too.
All is too expensive here out on the West Coast.

Where is Saskatoon? It is more expensive for renters than Regina.

Surprisingly, house prices have not really dropped much in Calgary..
Rent is tied to vacancy rates, and they have come down here.

Surprisingly, house prices have not really dropped much in Calgary..
Rent is tied to vacancy rates, and they have come down here.
House prices have dropped in Saskatchewan. More so in some places. Maybe a good time to buy land down around Weyburn and Estevan. It does not look like any pipeline in the near future, so even when prices rebound we will still have to sell it with heavy discounts to the Americans.

The cops don't seem to have enough spine in Canada. There was a case of some guy in the United States who decpitated his 5 year old sister.
But when he tried to continue his carnage, they shot him dead like they should have. Canada is much to pc, and that don't often do what's right to protect the public and even our police officers. There was also that case of that guy who gunned down a bunch of police officers in Alberta. They acted far too late, didn't take the appropriate action soon enough and unfortunately they paid the price.
You can't mess around with criminals or the violently insane. They're like a cancer and need to be exterminated on site. At very least, Vince Li would've gotten a bullet in the back of his head in hist native China, where he come from. Actually, he wasn't so insane that he didn't know what he was doing. He was a bitter, angry man who chose his target, and intentionally killed an innocent person out of spite for perceived injustices which Li felt he was a target of since he had immigrated to Canada.
