I think those gymnasts who have to land perfectly after twirling in the air. That is not normal, I don't think. Only cats can land on their paws without losing their balance.

I'd have to agree with you. Wing Chun and the modernised Jeet Kune Do is what I train. I tried Shaolin Kunfu for a year ages ago, but found it too theatrical and uneconomical in motion.

MMA is orchestrated at best. If they were really fighting, one 6 minute round would be plenty for every match up. None of the matches should last to a decision.
