Fuck Ford, you couldn't have spent the extra couple of bucks?
And you made sure that there's MAJOR labour involved with the replacement of ONE control arm?
Some things never fucking change.
I wanted to clarify my post, but I am not allowed to edit my OP.

The problem with solid axle Mustangs like mine, is that the upper control arm uses soft rubber bushings. This allows for massive axle-hop. It is a well known problem.
Polyurethane bushings solve this problem, and no doubt Ford didn't use them from the factory due to penny pinching on a car that isn't exactly cheap.
The solution is an aftermarket upper control arm, which is cheap. There is only one. The problem is, to change this arm the bracket needs to be removed. To remove this bracket, apparently the rear seat needs to be removed and the fuel tank has to be dropped.
A shitty design for a problem that shouldn't exist in the first place on a "performance" car...
Crappy quality vid, but this is axle/wheel hop. It makes the car feel like it's going to fall apart, and no doubt puts extra stress on components:
