Right on the front page I see this? The use of the word "Christmas?" Are they living in 1952? Everyone knows it should read "Holiday's."
And a nice looking White couple? Again, where's the diversity here? It's not 1952. Where's the mixed race couple, preferably with a Negro?

I have known Shen Li for a long time..
She is an engineer that has had opportunity to work abroad on a full expat package, but chooses to remain in Canada.

I have worked with Muslims (even hired them when that was my job). I have also worked with Chinks that are so FOB I wondered how Canada even let them in.
There are exceptions to every rule, but I tend to work on the law of averages...
Simple fact: The darker the skin, the least desirable they tend to be. This is averaging tendencies. Like it or hate it, it is what it is...
