Title: Tired of the cold? Tired of paying millions for a small home...
Post by: kiebers on December 18, 2016, 10:47:04 PM
Check out this place on forty acres for only 3.5 million. That is half a million cheaper than it cost for the pool alone. The pool is awesome. The garage/shop is huge.

I dunno Kahbuzz. Don't you guys have coppermouth snakes swimmin' in your pools and Africanized Bees? Hundred degree weather all the time?

Texas doesn't seem like the most hospitable climate, K.

You'd also have to get used to Beaners.  Then again, they could mow that 40 acres for pretty cheap...

50% of the population of El Campo are Beaners.

Ace would prefer to live in a whiter town.  Any similar deals in Whitesville?

That's the Southern United States now.

Damn!  Too bad the days of realtors only showing white areas to white people are outlawed!

You are going to have to learn to get along with people who look differently than yourself Mel.

It's not that I hate them...  I just prefer to be around white people!

That isn't so strange, is it?

Why not?

Vidor and Burleson, Texas are pretty damn white.  I'd probably look for a place there first, if I was to live in Texas.

If I was looking to buy a house in a town, I would look at things like crime, taxes, closeness to services, parks, and of course price, nut that is just me.

Sadly, Greenville, Texas isn't home to "The Whitest People" anymore...  Another one bites the dust!  Vidor, Texas it is!

A low crime rate correlates with high percentage of whitey demographics...

Yep. The neighbourhood I lived in when I was in high school was majority East Indian and very safe.

Not me. I have more than I want right now. LOL  That is just a helluva deal. The pool cost 4 million by itself. If I had the cash to buy and maintain the place I would jump on it in a heartbeat.

Me too. I don't know if I would ever spend a day at the property, but like you said, what a deal.
