My question to you is how serious do you consider this kind of masturbating in public? Should this be a criminal offense?
Fairly serious. Don't want my kids/grand kids to witness that not to mention the mob mentality saying all kinds of things for the kids to hear.

Class A misdemeanor - 2nd time
Felony sex offender - 3rd time

That was awful. That security guard has a mother. I feel bad for her. What kind of person cannot control themselves like that? I pity the poor soul actually because they are so sick. What is that poor soul's future going to be like? I feel bad for mentally ill people. They really need help.
