I do not want and I certainly do not need a palace like that to live in either Fash. I am more than happy with my two bed, two bath condo with underground parking. It suits my lifestyle.

Make fun of me all you want. I can take the elevator down to to the heated parkade in January in my Bermuda shorts, start the Jetta and away I go. If I had surface parking, it's shoveling snow and scraping ice in my winter coat, gloves and scarf.
