The pic can be quoted in reference to the thread it is in. Use elsewhere requires permission. While TD didn't ask me if he could use my pic and should have, I contacted the powers that be and told them it was ok with me. Since he removed it the process would start over. He would need permission to use it again.

Unfortunately rule 4 would be an issue there. And regardless of where it was posted and then chopped later the likeness would still be there and if we all know who it is then permission would be required.
