I don't support the police at all. I avoid talking to them, being helpful to them, donating to their appeals, listening to their bullshit spokesman, being sociable at any level.

If one sits down at a restaurant nearby, I make it a point to express my disgust and then walk out.

If one trespasses onto our property, I seek them out and tell them to get off my property immediately.

I have no time for the filth.

When they overstep their bounds, I sure as fuck get pissed off when they are suspended with pay. :sneaky2:

He's very proud of his profession and I'm very proud of him

I've got a family member who is a cop. Our immediate family and theirs don't mix except when absolutely necessary to keep the oldies happy. Otherwise, I don't care if the person lives or dies. They made their choice. Karma is a bitch.

I don't care about that particular person or their family. They live off the proceeds of theft. Scummy people they are. I feel sorry for their young children but they're all write offs ultimately.

I'm saying that all cops gain financial benefits from the position they're in which is paid for from the proceeds of theft, coercion, and victimless crimes (which by definition cannot be crimes as there are no victims).

Ultimately, it means all cops are dirty whether you like them, are related to them, or not.

When I built my house here, I was back and forth. I had this Venezuelan kid keep an eye on the builder while I was in Ca. He was a refugee of the Hugo Chavez government. He was granted residency for this. He sure did help me out. Dictators in that country have ruined it.

Quote from: "Twenty Dollars"Bribery is the way it's done here. $20. can get you out of most situations. Payable on the spot. Yeah I support em.

All over that region TD. I do not think I could adjust to that. But, my dad told me Korea was like that in the seventies.

In some ways it's more convenient. A ticket means a trip to Santa Cruz. 70 mile round trip. Listening to 40 Ticos who believe they were wrongly ticketed, for half a day. I'd pay the $20. any day.

It depends if you deserve the ticket in the first place.

Depends on what? Leaving it up to karma? $20. is an easiest way.

It depends on whether the ticket is for a legitimate infraction or not..

We paid bribes when we lived in Kazakhstan.

I have been to every continent except Antarctica. Bribery is a way of life, especially for white foreigners in most of the world.

In Europe police forces have become politicized. They are either scared to do their job or they are prevented from doing so by politicians who put multiculturalism above everything else.

I definitely wholeheartedly support our police, after all they're the only people in the front lines keeping the peace in our society.  Plus there's a good reason why a judge would always prefer to side by our law enforcers.

For us to live any other way was nuts. Uh, to us, those goody-good people who worked shitty jobs for bum paychecks and took the subway to work every day, and worried about their bills, were dead. I mean, they were suckers. They had no balls. If we wanted something, we just took it. If anyone complained twice they got hit so bad, believe me, they never complained again. Henry Hill Goodfellas.

Youse lot round here are ass spittling cop telling monkey fruit salad tossers.

Suck my outlaw cawk.

Police IMHO are always great, if not amazing people long before the day they join the police force and long after the day they retired from service, simply to say only the finest are chosen.  Hope your brothers stays safe, and don't let the lowlifes in the society let him down, let him know there'll always be people everywhere forever supporting them for what they do everyday.

Thank you Zetsu..

My brother is a very dedicated and professional policeman..

I know he has days on the job that are unpleasant, but he doesn't allow it to affect his professionalism.
