right! but 50 liters?? ok, he was probably buying a weekly supply (i guess) and i assume there are several members in his family, say 5. maybe more. actually if there are 10 of them that's still 10 litters per person per week!! that's over a liter per day!

ok, that's little less than a liter per day. yeah, i guess they could be drinking it.. their chai late is made by cooking the spices in milk.

I have seen that plenty of times myself. Aren't Punjabi sweets milk based? I forget the name of those kind of sweet shops, but they are using it for making sweets.
