Actually, I'm pretty sad for them, S'Mel.



I did some work with them before. Was actually a nice kid but she was clearly self conscious of her condition. Acceptance is key for them. I always accepted the child for who she was so we just got along fine. Funny how such kids are often much easier to deal with than totally 'normal' kids who can often be real brats and much more difficult to control or handle.



I was always amazed by the positive attitudes of her parents and never giving up.

I didnt watch much tv when I was little...I was busy doing other things...my sis watched the facts of life...i remember watching sesame street, astro boy and the smurfs.
