Medium or soft.

I brush about 4 times a day on average and I also toss my toothbrush and get a new one every 30 days...and I sometimes use a waterpick.

Don't even ask how mush antiseptic mouthwash or dental floss I go through.... :laugh3:

I brush twice a day, soft brush, floss 3 times a week unless something gets stuck in there lol. Mouth wash when I floss. I also use Tom's fluoride free toothpaste and Tom's mouthwash. Fluoride is a poison.

The old lady got me an electric a long time ago, but I went back to regular brushes. I use soft or medium.  I brush two to three times a day.

The dentist recommends that I don't use medium or firm bristles, but I think the soft ones are too soft. Halfway through the month the aesthetic of using a fresh toothbrush is long gone already.

I didn't always take good care of my teeth. I used to chew tobacco and at my worst I didn't even brush every day.

It is pretty nasty. I only chewed for  a few months, and I regret it. It was something I tried out of desperation when I wanted to smoke but couldn't afford $10 packs of cigarettes.

At that time I wasn't trying to quit smoking. I was just in a predicament where I couldn't indulge in smoking as freely as I wanted to.

I've learned over time that no other form of nicotine is close to satisfying... but I really do think smoking is more pleasurable because of the smoke filling the lungs.

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the Dietary Reference Intakes, which is the "highest level of daily nutrient intake that is likely to pose no risk of adverse health effects" specify 10 mg/day for most people, corresponding to 10 L of fluoridated water with no risk. For infants and young children the values are smaller, ranging from 0.7 mg/d for infants to 2.2 mg/d.[28] Water and food sources of fluoride include community water fluoridation, seafood, tea, and gelatin

Also, on your toothpaste tube, it tells you not to swallow it, its a poison. BUT, it absorbs in your gums, just like chewing tobacco gives one a nicotine high. Why is it in our water, its to make us docile and compliant, possibly a slow kill. Hitler started this trend during WWII on the Jewish population. They tell us its for healthy teeth!? Why just teeth, why not throw some vitamins in the water. So drink fluoride for better teeth, hmmmm. Maybe I should drink make up to look pretty

You mean hormonal growth promoters used for beef production?

The use of hormonal growth promoters in beef cattle is an issue which has sparked much debate around the world. They are approved for use in Canada and the United States (US), however, the use of hormonal growth promoters is banned in the EU.

Fluoride is a natural element that is found in soil, water (both fresh and salt) and in various foods. Fluorides are released into the environment by weathering processes and by volcanic activity. They may also be released by the production of phosphate fertilizers, by aluminum smelting and by chemical manufacturing. Most Canadians are exposed to fluorides on a daily basis, through the trace amounts that are found in almost all foods and through those that are added to some drinking water supplies to prevent tooth decay.

Health Benefits of Fluorides

Fluorides protect tooth enamel against the acids that cause tooth decay. The use of fluoride for the prevention of dental cavities is endorsed by over 90 national and international professional health organizations including Health Canada, the Canadian Public Health Association, the Canadian Dental Association, the Canadian Medical Association, the US Food and Drug Administration and the World Health Organization.

Maybe thats what it was. I know it was other stuff too. I also know some of the crap they feed the cows. Did you know they take grease from fast food places, recycle it, and turn it into animal feed. Thats one of the reasons cows are getting higher fat content I think. My stomach knows the difference in cow meat vs natural deer meat. Also I cant drink regular milk, but milk from natural cows I can.

Fluoride is safe and good for dental health at low concentrations, sustained consumption of large amounts of soluble fluoride salts is dangerous. Sodium fluoride (NaF), the lethal dose for most adult humans is estimated at 5 to 10 g (which is equivalent to 32 to 64 mg/kg elemental fluoride/kg body weight).Ingestion of fluoride can produce gastrointestinal discomfort at doses at least 15 to 20 times lower (0.2–0.3 mg/kg or 10 to 15 mg for a 50 kg person) than lethal doses.[Although it is helpful for dental health in low dosage, chronic exposure to fluoride in large amounts interferes with bone formation. In this way, the most widespread examples of fluoride poisoning arise from consumption of ground water that is abnormally fluoride-rich.

Alcohol in moderate quantities is safe too. But, it can cause serious health consequences if a person overdoes it.

That is how they initially got onto it as a decay reducer.

It wasn't rocket science - Areas that had high fluoride count in soil / water consistently had far less decay problems ... yet no other abnormalities

Note it says adult, this amount would kill a small child.

There is no evidence that it helps with dental health. It is the same in countries without fluoridization. Poor dental health is more commonly associated with lower income. Coincidentally these areas are also more heavily fluoridized. Heavy amounts of fluoride causes fluorisis of the teeth, making them look stained. My son is a perfect example of this. They use to make the kids drink fluoride in elementary school! I remember them giving us fluoride treatments in elementary school too, but it was absorbed not drank, using these things that went over your teeth.

Yes it does affect bones, and also it never goes away completely, it calcifies and builds up in the pineal gland.

It also affects your kidneys, thyroid, and cardio issues.

Fluoride is a neurotoxin!

Linked to ADHD.

The fertilizer/mining/industrial waste kind, is the worst, and is what they normally add to the water. Instead of paying billions to treat it and get rid of it, they dump it in the water.

Yes, but I have a choice to drink alcohol. To push it on us is unethical medical practice. I can also drink way more alcohol than fluoride
