People will fit in ANYWHERE, should they have the desire to do so. If they will not, then they would leave regardless.
I will ALSO state that MANY people have a hard time working the Mod/Admin angle at "arms length." There is a reason I try to not get too connected to certain posters, if any at all. This allows me to work at "arms length," meaning I would treat a Neo-Nazi in the exact same way as I would an Ultra-Left poster... This isn't always easy to do, but fairness across a wide spectrum is the most difficult job that a Mod or an Admin can ever be expected to do, for free at that. Most royally SUCKED at being able to handle this job, trust me.
However, I can guarantee you that this ability will be crucial to run a forum, that doesn't become DEAD!
