Title: Did We Ever Get A Big Dump of Snow Today

Accidents all over the city.  It's going to be a cold week.

They keep saying its going to snow here tomorrow...its too warm.  Snow or not, there are always ridiculous accidents that didnt need to happen.

We had more snow last night. Lethbridge is supposed to get 40 cms by Saturday morning.

I actually wouldn't mind having snow over rain.  All it does here is rain...rain, rain, rain...it never stops.  Last year it snowed here and it was nice cause when it stopped, the sun would come out.  I can live with that!



btw...it was really dark this morning!  It was horrible.  It didn't start getting light out until 8am...and now there is a time change this weekend....means that it's going to dark in the morning forever...I'm genrally up by 5 or 6am and it sucks...it would benice to have some light atleast by 7am...

Clearing snow off of your car or shovelling the walks and driveway before work makes us late for work.

We got 2 " overnight - Temp at freezing so will likely be gone soon

I HATE darkness in the morning before time to get up. Good news though, you actually get more light in the morning with the time change. The thing I hate though is its dark by the time I get home when the time changes. December 21st is the darkest day of the year, so not much longer and we start getting a couple minutes extra of light each day lol.



I love snow, and cant stand rain all the time either.

I go out in my Jeep and have no problems at all. Even pull peeps out of ditches if I have my chain on me.

All I have to do is sweep it off the Jeep. 2 feet of snow wont stop me  :laugh:

Tractors are not the best mode of transportation in a city of 1.3 million people.

We got 5 cms of snow today with a lot more expected over the weekend..



I would prefer big snowfalls on the weekend when I don't have to commute to work.
