We are going grocery shopping tomorrow. We buy most of our stuff from Safeway, Save On or Costco. The remainder we buy from T&T.

Unfortunately, there are no Safeway stores where I live.

Now that you mention it, I don't recall seeing any Safeways when I was in Ontario.

Are there any Chinese that DON'T shop at Costco???



The card checker at our local Costco says "Nie hau ma" when we walk in!!!



All we ever get at the demonstrations are noodles, rice and prawn toast!!!



There's an armed guard next to the baby formula rack!!



They have to get engineers in to manage the stacking of moon cake during Chinese New year!!!



Chinese shoppers get their own motorised trolley, twice the size of the standard one...with seats for 5 kids!!!



Cooking oil is sold by the BARREL!!!



The Costco fuel station is one of the most dangerous places on earth because of the Chinese female drivers!!!

That sounds like my kinda Costco. The one we go to on 91 Street does not go out of their way for us. How unfair. :mad:

I read this about Adelaide, results show that the new Census population of Greater Adelaide is 1,225,235, up from 1,156,957 in 2006 – an increase of 5.9 per cent.



About the same population as Calgary..



We have the third largest Chinese population in Canada after Toronto and Vancouver....I'm one of them.
