yet when ya feet get wet and start sliding around in ya boots PLUS cutting ya Toe nails to short ya get In growing toe nails .

I cut the toenail wrong when I was a kid and the side of the nail formed a spike that grew inside the side skin..
It got infected while I was working in a summer job washing bus carpets.
The infection had to be surgically removed.

I've never had an ingrown, but one of my buds did a few years back... The Doktors eventually had to cut around the nail. It wasn't pleasant for him.
Luckily I have Grade A DNA, and don't suffer from such problems.

Ive experienced the start of one....I clipped it off and cared for my toe...I can only imagine the pain of it literally growing in...but then I wonder, why do people wait so long to do anything?? Why not do what I did before it gets extreme? Enjoy the day to day pain or something?

I had one, the nail grew at a weird angle. Wound up getting infected. Had to have half the nail surgically removed with a laser when I was a teen. That shit does hurt lol, mostly when you stub your toe where it was ingrown.
