The Govt here recently admitted that even if the ' Sat nav ' setting is turned OFF on ya Fone....
They can still track it !

Man, they doing more than tracking, they can even turn on your mic and your camera remotely! Thats why there is 2 cameras on the phone now, they caught on to peeps turning their camera part down on their phone giving them a black screen. Its not just phones that do this either. Also, most phones now you cant pull the battery, and if you do, there is still a small battery in there, like a watch battery that still enables the tracking.
