Crowd funding that helps someone in need is generally good.
Crowd funding that is a scam is bad.
There you go....thread answered...everyone will agree with what I posted. Thread is pretty much done now...
Crowd funding for ill children in the hospital unable to afford specialized treatment is good. Business starters with a great idea as well.

Hollywood would put so much pressure on the Film makers or Bribe em into NOT making this Film for Cory Feldman .
The BBC made a Documentary on Abuse in the WhiteHouse .
It was listed in the Brit TV Times .
Then on the day it was to be shown , the BBC pulled it and refused to give a reason .
It was called ' A CONSPIRACY OF SILENCE ' .
Lucky enough one of the ' Cutting Room ' engineers kept a copy and posted it on YT years later .

Crowd Funding can be hit or miss...
Good intentions don't always end well. Funding some crackhead living on the street to the tune of $500,000 USD may not work out well in the long run.
Then again, funding some small start-ups may bring success.
I do not crowd fund. I prefer to keep some control over how my generosity may be spent, should I choose to be generous.
A good tearjerker is always good for crowd funding.
There are some things you just cannot "throw money at," and expect a happy ending.
