Rules #3, #2, and #1 shall not ever be discussed publicly.  Ever!  They do not exist...  And if you even think they do, they do not..

Rule #6: "Mod to lock down sub-forum."

This is a privately owned forum and as such the rules will be what the owner wants them to be and shall be enforced and or talked about as seen fit and directed by the owner. It is just that simple. If it takes an open request to attempt to get through to a member then so be it.
