If somebody admits to having a 7th grade education level and later a passing mark for a GED, I still consider them to be a 7th grader, which make me wonder how that applies to message board forums like this one.

That's what I'm getting at though. Nearly all forums have an 18+ stipulation for membership in their terms of service ostensibly to ensure all members are at the minimum, legal adults who've completed the necessary education to make them into functioning and contributing basic members of society.
