I pass her almost every day in my work truck (sometimes multiple times per day). She's young... maybe in her 20's.
She's actually somewhat attractive physically. She's Blonde, and she's not fat.
I have seen three different "modes" from her... Crying and begging, normal, and just right fucking out of it, dancing in circles. The level of withdrawl, or injection, would determine her behaviour.
As bad as it is to say it, there's nothing that we can do, and she's probably better off dead, in the long run.
