By the second generation and with higher educational achievement, immigrants from countries with high birth rates follow the Canadian trend and have two children.
When that happens, where will we seek the next new wave of immigrants from? Sub-Saharan Africa?

Could be a mix of skilled immigration and some may have came and claimed refugee status..
It can take a long time for someone to receive an exit order if their refugee claim is rejected..
But there are many skilled professionals from Africa in our cities.
