These tech giants are all in on bringing down Trump and anyone that supports him. They really amplified this when Trump actually won. No more censorship! It wouldn't apply to smaller businesses here(below 50 employees, but of course google is way beyond that) there are some affirmative action exceptions that might get in the way. As you know it is legal to discriminate against whites and Asians in college admissions. There may be some other exceptions too, along those lines, that are employment related. if so, they need to be gotten rid of, maybe this will pave the way for that to happen.

I believe that is similar for the US. There are certain hiring practices for government jobs and contracts where its is (sadly) possible to legally discriminate based on raced and or gender. But I lbelieve that private sector employers can only use discrimination if it is a court mandate that they discriminated against minorities in the past and are told to "make up for it" by discriminating against whites, males.
