Because the authorities prioritise housing immigrants over Brits, especially so called 'refugees'.   It's disgraceful....

I'm sure that ex soldier would have had income, or lump sum a payout from the government. He chose to spend it on other things. That's not the fault of refugees.

No it's the fault of the establishment, but that still doesn't mean I should be happy about foreigners turning up in my country and milking it dry.

The UK should adopt a Canada style point system for immigrants (the US should too).  The idea that you can come to a foreign country and live off welfare for years is nuts.  the UK is killing itself with immigrants that are a detriment to the country just like the US.

The country's doomed, I was on Facebook before and commented on an article on Russia Today reporting on Trump, and the amount of lefties which crawled out of the woodwork saying that they would protest if he decided to come visit was unbelievable.  



Naturally, had Hilary Clinton won, the right would have just let her come, they don't bother protesting over every single thing that they don't like. Perhaps that's why the left always seem to be more successful, because they're relentless?  Having said that, the left has a lot more super wealthy backers than the right does, aka Soros and co, who think nothing of bank rolling protests and shipping in lefties from all over the place.

No it's the fault of the establishment, but that still doesn't mean I should be happy about foreigners turning up in my country and milking it dry.

Britain is using it's foreign aid budget to house refugees. Veteran housing is handled through The Armed Forces Covenant and Community Covenant. It's difficult getting housing for vets when so many of them have mental health and substance abuse problems.

I agree. Immigration should not be about extending the dole to newcomers.
