The most I found was a loose $5 bill blowing around.
Should you turn it in? Was it in a wallet with ID? If so, I would turn it over to the rightful owner.
However, if it's just 200 Euro, you could also keep the cash as a finders fee, and send owner back just ID and credit cards. He'll be thankful nonetheless that he got that back, and you can piss up the 200 Euro, boyo!
Or meet half way, and keep 100 Euro.
I would at least turn the wallet in, losing ID's and such is a bitch to replace. You found it empty though wink wink ac_drinks

Yup! I just have never had any luck finding much more than the odd coin on the ground!
