And make people register to be able to buy petrol!
Only when jerry cans are removed from civilians can such horrible crimes be prevented.
There is no need for normal civilians to possess a jerry can, period. They should register for a petrol buyers licence and ensure their allotment of fuel is safely transferred into their approved vehicle's fuel tank at the point of sale and the fuel cap securely locked.
Anybody who disagrees with me is heartless and stupid.
All non civilians are exempt and get special high capacity jerry cans.
