I can see why the last young couple moved... Check out what they paid, and the insane increase in value they received when they sold...
It should be noted that the unit was listed for $379,000. They got $420,800 for it, paying $258,000 for it less than two years ago.
Simply fucking amazing.

That would have provided me with a greater return than solid Canadian stocks, which have provided me with nothing really.
I truly did consider that, but thought I'd be 'safe' instead. I have to remember where I live... I forgot that, and didn't realize the gains.

That's what I heard too, lol just hope it didn't dropped too much, though I dun think I'll be moving out unless my house is showing signs of aging or problems like our old house, roof ceramic tiles were fracturing, wooden window frames need replacement and not to mention the mouse infestation due to my mom's rotten food, lol.

Recently for Christmas, I made a few people Lord of the Rings calendars, designed, printed, cut, folded and stitched. They looked better than what you could buy. I included quotes throughout, and a lot on the back.

I have a Gandalf costume I made out of corduroy, and a hat I made too. My dad made a staff long ago that is similar that he handed down to me. He also handed down to me Gandalf's sword, Glamdring.
My Jeep Im planning a Tolkien theme lol, license plate is custom, and Im about to order a custom shifter knob. Custom decals and tire cover next when I get some of the other mechanical stuff worked out.
If I ever get a tattoo, its gonna be Tolkien themed

I've read The Silmarillion, Unfinished Tails, Hobbit, and The Lord of the Rings, all twice each. I've seen Lord of the Rings maybe a dozen times if not more lol. Hobbit a few times.
They SO should of included Tom in the movie. He was an important character and a fun one too lol. I recognized him by the jacket, pants and hat lol. Barliman was the only cook/bartender/tavern owner with a belly like that of any significance in the Lord of the Rings, making him an easy spot too lol.
