What is the situation if a member here makes the same fallacious allegation against another of our members in another forum?

I think members here will eventually discover that for themselves.



However, the opportunity is extended for said member to state his claims here, with, of course, supporting evidence that passes the test of reasonableness.

A third infraction will mean a long if not permanent ban..



But, we don't police other forums.

Actually I prefer to think of my online persona as kind of androgynous.  When I first coined the Peaches persona in 2007, she was a female dual, and quite secondary to my main account.  But over the years I found that many posters who are insecure in their own masculinity have trouble reading Peaches...she just makes their eyes cross.  So I've kept her even though I rarely do a pure form of the meme these days.

About two-thirds of US states have some form of statute of limitations on felony sex crimes.  In Illinois, where I live, it's generally ten years if the crime was reported at the time (if not reported, it's shorter.)  I think ten years is the statute in the preponderance of states having such a statute, although it's as low as five in some instances.
