This is in the City of Langley. I know the area well, as I grew up here. Junkies, homeless and immigrants have invaded the City. It's a dump now (for Canadian standards and for my standards).
I live in the Township of Langley, which actually surrounds the dump known as the City of Langley.
Two separate entities, but sadly the trash is flowing outwards into the Township also.
No doubt Junkie wanted into the shitter to shoot up, and employee refused.
Junkie just shit on the floor instead, to 'show them'.
This place used to be a nice, White, safe place. It still is in small pockets, but those pockets are getting smaller and smaller every day.
7/11 across the street is where tha drugs can be scored.
To the South of that Horton's is a bunch of low rent old apartments, where most of the problems originate from.
What a pig.

About twenty years ago tenants I knew in an upstairs apartment got burglarized. The burglar not only took stuff from them, he took a dump on their bed. A day later the burglar came back using a basement key he had stolen, then took a dump in the apartment building basement. The police said this behavior is not uncommon.

The other day, in a street light, some african immigrant came with his filthy rag in hand, wanting to wipe my windshield, expecting a handout for that.
Of course, they don't use a clean rag and they usually scratch your windshield.
I was saying no from inside the car, but the fucker just couldn't take it.
The moment that fucker touched that filthy rag on my windshield, I stepped off the car and started yelling at that stupid fucker.
