Not only are there tunnels under the white house, but under the US in general. Magnetized rail systems, that go quickly from one DUMB (deep underground military base) to the next.

They were one of my customers when they still were up and running a few years ago, and I would often talk with one of the old timers there...
You see, back in tha day it was in bad taste to have retards/gimps/mentally ill in view of the general public, so even on the hospital grounds these nutters would be shuttled back and forth between buildings in the underground corridor, exactly where they belong!

Bases just truck their goods from site to site. You can easily see this around military bases in the desert. They'll use outside carriers if it's just regular goods, and they'll use their own rigs if it's top secret shit. Their own rigs are easy to spot, as they are all white and have zero markings at all on them. The two armed military dudes in the cab is also a tip-off!

They already had the boring machines back in the 70s/80s. I've seen some of the tunnel systems in videos and pics. Some truckers do have to do deliveries to them, and have reported what they found.
You are right about the trucks! Hell I seen a floral truck the other day. Except the "floral sign" was duct taped to the cab, and inside were military dudes!
The president had one tunnel that escaped from the White House. They had other tunnels near the secret bases in Arizona and such. There are way more tunnels and DUMBs now.
