Only gun people would know what they are, and have a use for them.
Many semi-automatic pistols have a rear sight that is driven into a dovetail-type notch. To adjust or remove a sight that is pressed into this notch, a hammer just wont work.
The amount of force required for me to adjust the rear sight on my CZ with this tool, a hammer would have destroyed the entire fucking slide by the time that method would have worked!
A sight pusher is essentially a mini-press. I'm sure I could find other uses for it eventually, but for the time being it has a pretty specific use!
