Title: Question about the PM function

I haven't tried to send a pm for a long time so maybe it's because of something from way back, like a couple of years ago or more where I was banned then reinstated the banned then reinstated et cetera.



But is there any reason why I can't pm now?



Can this be reassessed possibly?
