It's the fires..the smoke is finally rolling into the city.  I feel for the people who will lose their homes and belongings!

It's hot here, it's smoky here, and I don't fucking like it.  It's burning me out...  I turned a job down tomorrow, just so I can escape it for a day...  and that's something that I don't usually do.



Plus, there's something wrong with my ass all of a sudden, and it's causing me a great deal of pain.

I don't want to, but the pain is quite harsh...  That's the real reason I cancelled my job for tomorrow.  Yesterday was fucking hell (first day this appeared), today I barely made it through with Tylenol Codeine stash I have, but rarely take as I dislike Opiates, but something is up.



If it went away soon, I'd be happy.  If it doesn't, it needs addressing.  I can't even laugh, let alone cough without feeling that my ass is ready to explode outwards.



I looked at my hoop yesterday with a handheld mirror, expecting half my fucking colon to be hanging outta my hoop...  I'm not joking.  THAT'S just how much it hurt, and I was prepared for the worst.



Yet, my hoop looked 100% normal, as far as I'm concerned.  Nothing hanging out.  Looked like a regular asshole.

Even when I go to stop my piss flow, my ass just fucking really, really hurts.  It doesn't matter if I'm sitting, or if I'm lying in bed.  There's no relief.

I had a roid after giving birth but it didn't hurt like how you are describing.  Could be anything.  If you are taking T3 then it's bad.  Go to the ER and get checked! T3 make you constipated and could make it worse.

If I have to sit in a god damned walk-in clinic for hours, surrounded by 'new immigrants' and their snotty nosed screaming fucking kids, I absolutely make sure it's necessary (life or death), especially after the last two experiences...

Screw the walkin clinic....the ER will find out what's wrong quicker.  I dont wait...I go...esp if it's the kid...usually about 3 hour wait but it worth it!

You never know.  I just lost a friend last week.  He had an ongoing heart condition and was going for dialysis...he finally passed.  Left behind a wife and 3 kids.

I took a bath earlier...now I cant sleep...I was sleeping but got woken up...cops at the door...my kid was at the river today with her friends...some guy was following them and jerking off so we reported it...her friends were here too...cop was really nice but concerned....I am too...the kid has never seen that before and cop is willing to put in recommendation for counseling...which I am fighting for right now...so hopefully the cop can help!
