I have been following the left's attacks on free speech for a while now, knowing they would get worse, and they certainly have. It started out small and now look where we are, its pervasive, there is news of it every day.
We have European governments fining and jailing dissenters. Twitter, facebook, youtube and google have all been caught repeatedly censoring conservative views. Alex Jones has been completely banned.

You cannot withhold a service simply because you don't agree with the other person's politics, religion or sexual category.
I cannot imagine any court in the country would support a withdrawal of service based on personal beliefs.
