Cindy Torok told FOX 8 News Wednesday that she called the airline ahead of time to get clearance and even made it through TSA with her 11-week-old squirrel, Daisy, before the airline forced her to leave the plane.
"They said, 'Either you walk off the plane or I'm going to arrest you for trespassing, and we will take that squirrel,'" Torok said. "I said, 'You're not taking my squirrel. Sorry, you're not. I refuse. You will not take my baby from me.'"
Torok said her daughter was reimbursed and Frontier gave her a voucher for another flight, but she still plans to seek legal counsel after the ordeal.
"I was treated very poorly. I was called a liar by one of the stewardesses," Torok said. "I'm going for blood. I'm going all the way. I'm contacting an attorney."
According to the Associated Press, Torok informed Frontier Airlines she was taking an "emotional support animal" on the flight when she made her reservation but did not say the animal was a squirrel.
Jonathan Freed, director of corporate communications at Frontier Airlines, said "rodents, including squirrels, are not allowed on Frontier flights."
Such intolerance, this is squirrelophobic bigotry!

Lately a lot of these incidents have to do with drug users...the one in coquitlam, they didnt pay their rent for something like 9 months...there were many people living there ,none of then knew each othere...all were homeless or addicts...did a number on the place...
...its sad the laws protect the disgusting renters and not the owners, this is why so many people dont rent....poor home owner had to jump thru so many hoops and pay everywhere, even a bailiff fee to finally get these people out!
I dont understand filth like that? I may not own the home but I were renting it, I'd treat it like my own...I mean I live there!!! Another reason not to fund to build housing for the homeless and addicted...look what they do to a beautiful home!

Theres references you have to provide...land lords WILL call the references. Some landlords will even go as far as calling the school the child is enrolled in and finding out if they are a good kid with good grades. (I dont blame them.)
Anyone who rents should monitor their property. But here in BC atleast renters have more rights than the home owner....the guy who rented in coquitlam, knew what was going on...it took him THAT long to legally get those people out of his house....they weren't paying rent, damaging his house and refused to leave...and it's all legal for them to do that.
The laws don't protect home owners at all.
There was another story a few weeks ago of a guy renting his basement suit in Sannich (it's on the island) his tenant invited homeless people to live in his yard...they just destroyed it... hes still legally trying to get them off his property.
I remember another story a few years ago...some guy rented a house in Vancouver and refused to leave...eventually the owner got him out months later. .but the renter built a shed on the guys driveway and was living in it...even usooh an extension cord and leeching his power....the law still wouldn't help him get this loser off his property.
This shit is only going to get worse. They need to change the laws to protect home owners who rent...if you dont pay your rent or damage the place, hone owner should have the right to evict asap...

The "Will & Grace" star celebrated International Women's Day on Friday by posting a photo showing a dozen cupcakes decorated as vulvas in varying colors, shapes and sizes.
"Powerful, beautiful, and sweet," Ms. Messing wrote.
The actress later amended the post after members of the trans community apparently complained.
"I want to apologize to my trans sisters," Ms. Messing wrote. "This photo was supposed to be light, & sassy. The first thing I thought when I saw this photo was 'wow how wonderful. Each one is unique in color and shape and size.'
"The porn industry has perpetuated this myth of what a 'beautiful' vagina looks like and as a result there are women who feel shame or insecure about the shape of the vulva," she continued. "I loved that this picture said 'every single one is beautiful and unique and that's powerful.' I did not, however, think 'but there are innumerable beautiful, unique and powerful women who don't have a vagina.' And I SHOULD have. And for that I am so so sorry.

But, I really don't get why the transgendered would care.
